   Next to Joey Crawford and that dude with the slicked back hair he's one of my most hated refs. He just ejected Doc Rivers for applauding the first technical he gave him. He's one of the most spiteful and arrogant refs in the league.

   So Steve Javie may have a grudge against the Celtics?
   
   My prediction: if the Celtics and Lakers play in the Finals, Javie and Joey Crawford will be the go-to-guys for the league if the Lakers are facing elimination.
