I've actually been twice b/c Groupon had a month long pass. I'm not really into whatever scene you can put rock climbing in (so I don't know what to judge by), but they have what seems to be a ton of walls with varying difficulty. There i also bouldering which is climbing w/o a harness and not as high. If it's your first time, which I'm assuming it is, you gotta take a "safety" class which is about 20-30 minutes. They teach you their lingo and how to properly belay. The first time I went was my first time rock climbing and I had a great time. The second time I went with a group of like 10-12 people and there everyone could climb with no waiting or interference.

Indoor rock climbing's a lot of fun...and Texas Rock Gym has a lot of nice walls and the back area is all reserved for bouldering. Frustrates me though that every time I go I have to take the safety class. I don't go frequently enough to where I'm in the system but I've been enough times to know how to belay.
