If this was cheaper, it'd be a decent idea. But whatever, like mentioned, if people are willing to pay for it, then i guess thats on them

I'm more curious to see what these passes go for on the secondary market. A lot of Club seat season ticket holders (who are getting first crack at these passes) are ticket brokers in the area.

To be honest it wouldn't shock me to see these passes selling for 5 or 6 hundred bucks on the secondary market.....

All these people can say "I was at the Super Bowl!". They don't have to say where exactly they were at...unless a follow-up question is asked.

"Uhhh...I was one of the $200 idiots outside the venue."

Hey if people are stupid enough to buy those tickets then more power to Jerry Jones.

Hopefully this idea will be a flop, or else I will even lose further faith in humanity.

They're selling 25-30,000 standing room only tickets to be inside the stadium. I'm sure those are a lot more with no seat and many of those people wont even be able to see the big TV. We're going to hear a lot of complaints after the Super Bowl.

Don't forget the $20 to park.
Anyone who pays for this ish must be gullible, stupid or have nothing better to spend their money on. One is better off just going to watch the game at Twin Peaks or Tilted Kilt or some other place like that rather than spending 200 on this crap. Jerry can make money like no other so I won't begrudge him this, it's the idiots that actually decide to purchase it that I think we should pray for.

I think its a great idea...

however..you'd have to be stupid to participate.

but there are enough stupid people in this country - so it will probably sell out fast.

200 is ridiculous to stand outside the stadium... but it wouldn't be that high if people weren't willing to fork out that much money. It's fairly greedy profiteering, but at the same time a down-the-line business decision.

I have been in two cities when the SB was there (ATL and Houston). It's never cost anything just to go around the stadium and experience the atmosphere. Granted, both of those stadiums were actually inside the city. But still....

Just ridiculous...i looked into getting some tickets for like 1/2 second...the prices are a joke...traffic will suck, it'll be too crowded at normal hot spots...it'll be better just to stay home...

I did too just in case the Bears made it but even if we'd gone I was going to have somebody just drop us off in the general area because I knew they'd be raping you even more with parking.

The Super Bowl, as an event, has become so big and corporate that it's pretty much the biggest "FU!" to the hardcore fan with the exorbitant prices for everything.
