    Guys,

Looking for a website to get a good deal on flight from Houston to Puerto Vallarta, Cozumel, Cancun, etc. I got kids so i don't need 24 connections to get there. I saw vacation deals through Continentals site but wanted to see if there were any better deals.

I don't know about any deals, but Grand Velas in Nuevo Vallarta is a great all inclusive resort. There is also a new one in Play Del Carmen, but we haven't been there.

... paging MoBalls and Lady_Di... paging MoBalls and Lady_Di... [radio click] ... over...

Are you considering MANY destinations on your trip, or just one? A resort, or a hotel, etc.? What are some of your preferences?

Just a resort. I have a three year old boy and a 1 year old girl so everything needs to be chill enough for us to have fun and take care of their needs as well.

I usually get my deals through a travel agent but Contential Airlines Covacations is a good site.

I recommend Dreams resorts because they are kid friendly. Gran Porto in Playa Del Carmen is a good one as well.

in this case there are about 100 resorts you could try. oasis ones a economical but there is not a whole lot of entertainment. I usually go through expedia, you will find some good deals. about 600-700 per person for 4 nights 5 days. make sure you read the reviews, you dont want anything unexpected at a hotel or that will mess up your experience

So, to the experts, is it safe? Or, is the media's representation accurate?

You have to remember that all of violence is mainly to the border. Yes, there are some crimes going on in Riviera Maya but it is usually the drug cartels against drug cartels or Mexican citizens.

    Crime is everywhere.

I've used www.funjet.com a couple of times and I liked it.
