Carmelo Anthony: Ultimate team player?

    I found this article about the effect Carmelo Anthony's presence has on his teammates' efficiency pretty interesting and thought I would share.

    Interesting. I wonder if the same applies to other high-volume shooting, low efficient players (i.e. Iverson during Sixers years). I think a lot of it has to do with the makeup of the team, of course.

    I think it has more to do with Billups as oppose the Anthony.

    Carmelo was there for five years before Billups arrived. Some of those guys on the list weren't even around for the Billups years.

    I think the part the says he makes his teammates more efficient when he's on the bench is a bit of a stretch.
