Here is an interesting challenge for all the music buffs out there. What would you consider the best (or perhaps personal favorite) title track? The idea came to me while listening to Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots (pt 1...cheating perhaps) on my way home from work. Only one in particular comes to mind, Ziggy Stardust. Thoughts?

There's no song called "War" on that album. Let's replace it with Zooropa: <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/xbO4-3i0M50?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/xbO4-3i0M50?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>
oops - the refugee is what i was thinking of - "war, war, shes a refugee" im not familiar w/ this zooropa - as far as im concerned U2 broke up after the joshua tree. boy-october-war-unforgettable fire-joshua tree - thats all i need from U2. anything else that came out after that was a different band and nobody will ever convince me otherwise.
Oski, I sincerely apologize if you like Zooropa, but as one of U2's biggest fans, include some of their later stuff like All That You Can't... and No Line, I would have to say that Zooropa is the worst CD ever put out by a major artist- "Numb," "Lemon," "Daddy's Gonna Pay.."-ugh! It has one redeemable song, "Stay, Faraway, Close!" And considering that Achtung Baby is one of the top 10 best CDs of all time, it was, to me, the biggest drop-off in quality that I have ever seen from a major band. "Zooropa...be a winner...eat to get slimmer????" Crap.
That's absolutely ridiculous- Achtung Baby is the best CD they've ever done, top 10 of all time in my book. Did it have anything even mediocre like Red Hill Mining Town from Joshua Tree or Elvis Presley and America from The Unforgettable Fire? Nope. You're talking about a CD with literally zero weak songs- extremely, extremely rare. Zoo Station Even Better... One Until The End.. Who's Gonna Ride.. So Cruel... The Fly Mysterious Ways Trying to Throw.. Ultraviolet Acrobat Love is Blindness You will rarely, rarely find a collection of songs on one studio recording as good as that. And "One" has literally become one of their anthems, so how you can say this CD is not really U2... tell you what, there is no such thing as a wrong opinion, everybody's entitled to theirs. But the closest approximation to a wrong opinion that exists in music history is to say that Achtung Baby is anything less than an outstanding, moving recording.
