Like several other posters, I like 2Pat. It's unique and it fits. The Postman is just a knock-off of the Mailman's moniker.

Just re-read what I said. Didn't mean to say he delivers like the mailman. Mean to say he delivers, like the mailman. Delivers in a different way but delivers nonetheless.
I like the nickname "Postman Pat" because Patterson can shoot and deliver the ball from wherever he is and he has a nice post up move when going to the basket.

This. It will always sounds like a rip off Malone's nickname unless Patterson becomes a Hall of Famer on that same level and win's a title.
