Now that the Internet is part of our lives I am curious to know how much we actually spend on it. Water, Gas, Power, TV, Phone. We can now add Internet bill. Some of us have it bundled and that's fine. I can say I am paying about 83 a month and that will change soon. Right now I'm paying 29 for home Internet, 29 for my on the go hotspot which is unlimited. and 25 for the data on my att phone at 2gb. How much are you spending and do you think it's worth it?
Just $50/month for internet at home. I'm the only one at work who doesn't have a smartphone partly because of the excessive price (~$25/month) for data plans that aren't even unlimited anymore. Also, in my observations, it's now easier for businesses to blur the previous divide between home and the office so workers are always expected to be reachable, and in this way they can squeeze more productivity out of you by giving "homework" lol. I enjoy not always being connected, but the few times that I do need internet, I find open Wifi networks easily enough.
$99/mo time warner bundle for HDTV, Internet, and Alarm system, but I think I'll get a smart phone too (so maybe another $50-$100)
$53 for Cable Internet. I have unlimited data on my Evo with Sprint....not sure what portion of my bill is for data.
$30 for DSL. Smartphones are overrated. It amazes me how many people have them and only use them to text or just to 'download apps' or post on facebook. That said, im sure i'll eventually break down and buy one simply because carriers are neglecting to bring out any decent old style phones.
