Lowry would Bull his way through AB all day.

Now in a game of H.O.R.S.E? that's another story.

Brooks. Although that's not to say Lowry couldn't beat him especially if it was make-it-take-it. Brooks shooting and quickness = 1on1 edge imo

Brooks is quicker, can shoot better, and height isn't even an issue.

    Brooks all day.

Brooks...He's a scorer - that's what he does. Though he might find it hard to stop Lowry, I'd give Brooks the edge.

Not an issue until the taller, stronger Lowery takes Brooks into the post.

Then it's Lowery all day. :p

    Brooks can't guard Lowry.

Lowry is a pesky defender and finishes better than Brooks.

AB can't stop Lowry because AB can't defend.

Lowry would stop brooks at least once. Lowry has the edge.

I think Lowry would win, because he gets easier shots in the paint. I also don't think Brooks' quickness is much of an advantage since Lowry is pretty quick and a good defender as well.

At the end of he day. Good offense beats good defense but defense wins championships. Just glad they both play for the Red

Brooks is either going to hit a jumper or drive by him...all this "lowry can defend" stuff doesn't matter much because we've seen time and time again no one in the NBA can keep Brooks in check one on one. That goes for Lowry as well. Anytime you have someone who can shoot AND is quick with the dribble they'll get what they want and of course they have to make the shoot to make it count.

Offensively Lowry doesn't have the pull-up game and isn't quick enough to simply drive by brooks over and over. The issue is the weight. Surely Lowry can back him down, but how much will that help when they're basically the same height? Not to mention Brooks has the higher vertical and probably a longer reach? Not much of an advantage for Kyle unless he's allowed to literally bully brooks to the rim.

It'll come down to whether they play with refs or streetball.

If we're playing all ones no advantage to shooters (Man's Game) - Kyle

If we're playing ones AND twos - AB

Other than that it is seriously a toss up. Kyle will be able to D up AB easily, but he wont be able to stop his shot. AB won't be able to guard Kyle going to the bucket but he can't shoot.

Lowry wouldnt be getting to go in and get FTs, so his driving game wouldnt have all that much punch. Brooks is a little faster, a better shooter, jumps higher, and their height is about the same.

I dont see how its really even a question. That doesnt necessarily mean I'd rather have Broks on my team than Lowry, I think they both bring awesome things to the table and love 'em both. pickup tho? Aaron.

Why do people on here treat Lowry like he is some elite defender? GTFO

Ridiculous. Aaron's deficiencies on defense are overblown "when he's healthy" and you rarely see him abused by other point guards in the post. He's quick enough to keep pretty much anyone in front of him.
