    Totally different players. More like a Zac Randolph who plays defense and hustles to me. Which is a real good player by the way. Patterson is a gonna be real good starter in this league I think. Perhaps even allstar level one day? He has that kind of talent to me.

    patrick patterson is exciting to watch! he played great defense on carmelo... his jumper is dropping.

    I like the McDyess comparison but I seem to remember young Antonio McDyess was more a tall 3 and situational 4 who later moved into the 4 spot full time after he put some size on his frame...but from a skill set standpoint your pretty close there.
