Well, Adelman did say he was going to play. 22 mins 11 pts 3 rbs 3 ast.. He also played good defense when he and the 2nd unit were on in the 4th. For someone who some have said looked "out of control", thats pretty good production.

the only way to win in the nba now for the next ten years is to build a star player from the draft, then bring in a couple of other superstars or at least productive players (scola'like) that can give you boost, with a strong bench.

our problem is that adelman is stretching out the roles of each our players and limiting the playes that can have serious impact. Patterson was a kentucky stud, he can play under pressure. He was a starter on that team with cousins and wall. he should get alot more time than shane battier, esp since our season isnt looking great.

i thought brooks might be someone we can keep as a PG and bring in melo/yao/another scorer with great defensive and bench work to compete for a ring. sadly, that isn't happening.

honestly, if i was DM, i wouldn't know what to do. Melo is set on joining the knicks next year, and paul will follow after. Durant is locked up, rose probably will stay in chicago, i don't see young talent leaving any team they are already with.

absolutely, no ideas on how rockets can compete (seriously) in the next 6 years.
