In other news he apparently has decided it may be too hot to have World Cup games in Qatar in the summer. So let's move them to the winter and disrupt the regular season schedule for most of the world's major leagues.

As one commenter one of the articles above said. With prices of oil going way up; they should be able to use a part of those profits to AC the whole country.

And as an aside, I didn't realize his real name was Joseph until I saw a reference to it an article this morning.
