I am Indian and I have always said Indians are like locusts at the newest, nicest bars and clubs in Houston. When I would go out in my early and mid 20's Indians would find a place they liked, go there non stop for 5-6 weeks and then move on to the next place. In the meantime a bar's normal patrons would usually stop coming because they open the club door and it is wall to wall Indians. "Grand opening...grand closing." Man I hated rolling deep to places. I like to meet up 1-2 people. All the drama of waiting outside, giving directions, etc is sorry. The only odd thing I noticed is Indians, at least all the ones I know order big and tip well. So bars must like the influx of cash. But I am sure they are shooting for a diverse crowd.
I think the owner could have handled it better but if you plan a party and tell them you are expecting 20 and it turns into 150... unless you are ordering yellow wrapped bottles all night, you are asking to get shut down.
