It is encouraging news. Ming is coming.
It said Ming has to pay 43% of his income for tax to American goverment, 10% of income for insurance and 10% to CBA. So his final income (4 years) is around $7 million. And then he has to pay some money to Shanghai Sharks (it is reportedly $10 million, he can pay it yearly).
