With Yao on the team, my patience grew thin... the window was closing and we needed to make win now moves.

That's gone for me. For 2011, honestly I feel no sense of urgency. Perhaps I should, but I want to see the Rockets make forward-thinking, long range moves. I'd like to get young talent. I'm happy competing right now and pursuing the playoffs -- I'm not in tank mode (yet) or anything -- but I know it's going to take change for this team to get on the path to title contention. They need a stroke of luck, to be honest.

Short term though -- I expect the Rockets to make a trade in the next 5-6 weeks before the deadline.

By the end of January we would be out of the picture in the playoffs.

I hope TWill is in the starting lineup by the end of the year and Adelman finds out if he's talented enough to be this team's closer. He sure looks good in limited action so far.

Hope Rockets can trade Martin and Scola.
Hope Rockets will draft in top 5.
Hope AB and Battier can go to a winning team.
Hope Yao plays for Miami next season.
