Home cooking is what the NBA is all about. Rockets will get their wins at home. Still need to get a C, let Brooks fully heal, and play TWill.

what is the deal with Brooks and him dribbling the ball so much. i really do feel that Kyle Lowry should stay in the starting lineup instead of moving Brooks back in. as for Martin is he being bothered by an injury or something because it seems like his shots are off and he is making lots of turnovers lately in the last few games. I really do feel that Morey should start making his move if he wants this team to go anywhere this year. he should start getting some good veteran players and begin making calls now to other teams. also let T. Williams play more min. because he can showed what he can do when he played his first game as a Rocket.

If Brooks isn't fully healed by the middle of February then he is done.

Martin is a soft jump shooter who gets by off poor defenders.

all you have to do is stay grounded and he wont get those bs pump fake fouls. factor he doesn't even drive to the lane with authority.

you seen melo driving to he bucket aggressively and forcing the issue.

Agree. Watching TWill play last night was the the high point of that game for me.

    Blame Rick.

Chase/Lee/Patterson were all having good games and he took them out to bring in his reliable starters.

We all know that. That is why it might be better to play him back with Miller and the 2nd team. Chuck and Pat are obviously better at playing out of their position. Pat was even guarding Carmelo pretty well at one point.

Before Hill can even get going he has 2 fouls and has to sit. Pat comes in and out plays him.

    Wrong.

He's proven to be an effective 3 pt. shooter, yet he refuses to pull the trigger. He freezes up, and frantically searches for an outlet, or immediately sends the ball in to the paint. The issue's between his ears, and it's throwing a wrench in to the team's chemistry. He refuses to shoot... and you can forget about Battier breaking to the rim or taking his man off the dribble, because he's incapable of doing it.

lol good luck with that Morey. Even with Melo this team would not win a Championship this year.

    1. Kmart had a bad day
    2. Terrible D
    3. Brooks is playing lazy as hell...its really irritating to watch some1 play with no intensity.
    4. We don't win if battier doesn't score consistently...lol
    5. PatPat did nice. No Twill sighting today..may of been a good option to guard melo, but i dk..hopefully we win next game
    6. GO ROX..dont give up!

You're also forgetting about the 9 point lead we had in the 3rd that Kevin Martin single-handedly squandered away because he wanted to hoist more shots when he didn't need too. Scola and Lowry were beasting and he was mad he wasn't getting his.

He needs to check that ish out the door.

His temper tantrums are a nuisance to our team and it is clearly showing on the court as well.

You don't have anything to worry about. Brooks isn't going to be back in the starting lineup unless he proves he should be and so far he is failing at that.

    Umm.....?

The Knicks with Melo would be better than us with Melo.

We don't have an Amare as the 2nd superstar.

Injury aside, there is no question Brooks is coasting right now both offensively and defensively. I think it is fair to say he is on T-mac mode right now. I do agree if the goal is to make a playoff, and trying to get better this season we should trade for Varejao asap. Then even that Rick probably won't play him "as he will need practice time". Very frustrating indeed.
