Is it just me or does Yao's dad (or is it his father in law?) look slightly like Deke?

 

its definitely just you, he doesnt look like deke at all!! funny comment though. oh and thats his dad not in law. good to see Yao still active with the Rockets organisation. perhaps he feels that he owes them more than what he has provided to them

 

Deke has black skin with curly hair and Yao's dad has olive skin and straight hair.


The only thing they have in common is wrinkles.

 

Guess people still can't look past skin color and race these days.

 

I wish Yao can come back in a secondary role for us next season.

 

If by secondary, you mean a staff position, I don't see why not. As a player though, seeing his name on our roster will just get me depressed with all the horrible flashbacks.

 

Horrible flashbacks of what? Injuries?

I wish we had a few more horrible players putting up 25/10 on this team.

If he can put up 10/6 with some defense and remain healthy,it will be acceptable. However,I'm willing to move on without Yao as well. I wish the best for him.
