Really? For some reason I figured you'd go with LeBron James over Carter.

    ...or maybe Lyndon Baines Johnson.

i dont get this, guards and centres, what use would that be? if he's not 7 foot, his low post and rebounding game doesnt mean much, if he's not 6'6 or less, his ball control and acceleration don't really happen.

Hmm. Interesting game. Been thinking about this a lot lately.

    Rockets-Only

    Martin (Offense) + Battier (Defense)
Chuck Hayes (everything) + Jeffries Height
Jordan Hill (Youth, Athleticism) + Yao's Offense (Just to keep it simple and not say Yao + Durability/Health) + Jeferries (Defense, maybe)
Lowry + Brooks (Speed? Offensive game) + Chase (Height)
Scola + Brad Miller (3 point shot, passing and height)

That would be a nice lineup. Tweaked Lowry. Two way player of Martin. Improved Scola. Hayes who would be our defensive anchor in the middle. And Hill who would be great.

    Others

T-Mac + Kobe (Heart, durability, killer instinct)
Dwight Howard + Yao (Offense) + Miller/Horford (Passing)
Chris Paul + Deron (Mainly Height, strength and size)
Carmelo + Iggy (Defense and physique: Melo looks like a marshamallow at times, to be honest)
    Dirk + KG (Defense)
Jordan + Ray Allen (3 point shot and FT)
    Wade + Height (Manu?r) + Durability (?)
Someone already mentioned Wade + Martin in detail. That would be fantastic.

I'll probably add more later when I think of a few good ones.

Who could stop a prime Shaq with handles, passing and shooting of Steve Nash?

If Chuck was 7ft and had some offense he would be the league MVP.

    Chuck with any of Yao/Howard/Amar'e/KG/TD

    How about playmaking?
T-Mac is so good skills wise that you really need just a couple of things, albeit very important ones, from Kobe - durability and work ethic.

Instead of Thabeet put in Mcgrady. That would be one scary basketballer.

i think we got a winner right there.

imagine a 7 foot PF who have dirk's shooting and back to the basket ability along with blake's freakish athleticism. GOAT.
