Looking at these highlights there is no doubt Yao is a beast. When he's health he can score and dish out at will. The nba teams should be thankful that we don't have Yao right now because it would be no contest all season. I believe he'll make a comeback, just give him time to recover. Hopefully, we can sign him for the veterans minimum.

Its crazy how he was only drafted 8 seasons ago, same draft with Amare. While Amare is shining bright right now, Yao is leaning towards retirement.

It sucks how he can't even play 10 seasons in the NBA. It sucks that it had to end this way but at the same time its good that the Rockets can finally move on.

Smart move by Morey by building this team where they don't have to rely on Yao as much as they used to. The Rockets organization knew Yao wouldn't be able to last much longer so they reshaped the entire roster to play with or without Yao Ming.

It sucks to watch him go down but its also a big relief that the Rockets can finally move on and begin a new Era, the post Yao Ming.

This. If he comes back he can be a situational player off the bench with more substantial minutes in the playoffs. Trading him for hope in other players is very very foolish.

    Great video!!!

You made me miss Yao very much. He's been a Rockets for so long that Rockets doesn't feel the same anymore without him. The anchor that defends the basket, the shooting touch, the will, the hardwork. The attitude of never complain, just work harder to get better.

Great video! It seriously gave me goosebumps as I watched it. So much potential...*sigh...could have been as dominant as Shaq had his feet remained healthy. Remember in the first half of the 06/07 season before he went down with a hyperextended knee vs. the clippers? The man was putting up like 30 and 10 every night and I was finally thinking, alright, Yaos' gonna be dominating the league for the next several years and nobodys going to come close to matching his dominance. Oh how a few years change things so drastically... :(

    I like your video.

It's funny how a Yao hater would show video of few embarrassing moments, you can have all those flashy dunks, but not many guys average a 20, 10 a whole season. In fact, the season when Yao has 20, 10, there are only Duncan & Garnett that can do it.

Sometimes it's easy to forget how good Yao is, because he consistent every night you don't appreciate it as much.

    GREAT video

Although the end of the video seemed to give us hope. I don't believe there should be any hope left :( (This is the attitude i'm taking to save me from any more sadness)
