tonights effort was A+ vs. a superior talented team that played great. there are no moral victories, but there is the ability to recognize drastic improvement. chuck playing great, chase getting back on the horse, etc. we are a great offensive team...we scored easily vs. the best defensive team in the nba.

    great work rockets...lets go!!!

Good effort tonight, then again the heat are coming off a b2b vs. a team that got rest.

need to move forward to get that 8th spot n the west!

I enjoyed the game, would have liked for the Rox to hit their FTs....but overall the effort and execution was great.

    Toronto should beware !

    Regrettable reality:

Heat - B2B. On the road. V an opponent of no relevance.
Rox - Rested. Home. V an opponent of primo relevance.

If the game had been in a vacuum I'd be more enthused over the close loss.

Still same old Rockets: no interior defense.

How long does it take Morey to find a real center for the team?

    2 years?

we should've won. This team is consistent as Battier's offense. He scores 10+points and we have a much better team. How many times have I said this ****.

Out of your last 13 posts, 12 have contained this phrase. Can you find a new thing, please?

    Miami shot 95%.......

We could not afford to miss in this game....

Kmart missing 4 was unusual, Kyle shooting 50% was bad.....the team should have done a little bit better.

Rockets need to keep improving. They did some good things, but they should never feel "proud" when they lose at home. I don't care who the opponent is.

Why are you singling him out? Martin missed some crucial ones too.

    Moral victories? No.

But I wonder if people still think they are a lottery team like so many short-sighted fans did. The same fans that scoffed at the respectable point differential of this team even when they were 3-10. The same fans who passed it off as just beating bad teams when we finally started winning. The same fans who STILL want to blow it all up for a freakin' draft pick.

Miami is the best defense in the NBA. Miami has held 16 straight opponents to under 100 points. And we shredded them for 119.

We are one of the best offensive teams in the NBA. Now all we need is a goalie down low so that the Heat can't shoot 58%. And a superstar to carry us past the finish line on some nights when we need it(Yea, I know, good luck DMorey).

Then we won't need to be talking about moral victories anymore.

I don't think they feel proud. They are professional basketball players. I expect them to work harder and improve.

    Are you serious?

Lowry missed 2 freethrows. How was that "bad".

Maybe Brooks shouldn't have kept chuck those 4 threes since he missed them all. Oh OOPS. Sorry I let that slip.

Hey DD, turn around. Your agenda is showing.

It sucks we lost; it really felt through most of it that we had the firepower to beat Miami this go-round.

Sorry for the super minor point, but I liked that the Rockets came back a little at the very end, after that first wave of folks in the lower bowl started getting up and leaving.

Hey, bunch of lower bowl clowns who have such a pulse for when games are over, and feel this need to get back to their cars at some sort of genius ideal time: Don't leave games early! I hope you sat long in traffic.
