Tracy is better than Martin for like 0-40 games a season.

Tracy is healthy for like 0-40 games a season for the Rockets. You know it's not going to work, unless Arnie Kander got stolen from the Pistons.

 

This is rich considering you were defending yao when people were calling him injury prone and inconsistent. :grin: lol.

 

You forget Martins almost as injury prone as McGrady.

 

TMac is a wuss. Thats why he will never be half of what he once was

Yao gave his all until his body couldn't take it

TMac only plays when he feels like it

Oh yeah he didnt play through it in the playoffs? or when he was playing on a knee with no cartlige?? i mean really.

 

The thread title isn't Tracy mcgrady vs Yao ming...

You guys always talk bout him in the playoffs but you never talk about all the time he took off early in the season.

He would always "take a break" around Christmas time

I love Yao as a person but playing
for the Rockets he always seemed to take his break during
the playoffs. If he actually played well we might have won something.

 

can we please talk about "T-mac" alone and stop derailing the thread with T-Mac vs <insert player name here> comparisons.. those comparisons generally start a war and generates 5-6 pages of unnecessary stuff.

 

He beat the Celtics, arguably one of the best teams in the league. YEAH I am biased cause T-macs my favorite player BUT he scored 21 and got 8 assists on a team which has great defense even without KG

 

It's hard when the haters who are obviously still butt hurt how he left the team can't let it go.

 

No it's rich that you make excuses for Yao, but take every chance to take a swipe at tmac for the samething or problems as injuries and consistency.

 

Tmac after the game- "I've been making progress," McGrady said. "I've been confident mentally, physically for quite some time now. I'm just continuing to get better because I work. I see the improvement that I'm making on the court and I'm going to continue to do that. I'm excited about my future."

 

Noone is " butthurt he left the team". Infact it was a very good seperation for all parties. Rockets got a hefty return and mcgrady got his game back in another city. win win for all parties.

 

Then explain apun and Tinman's negative outlook on McGrady.
