Its not like the city isnt responsible for the damages. They will get the payment done in due time...I dont see what the big deal is...get the roads clear for safe driving in the area > immediate feelings of (probably poor) person.
I don't see anyone making that big a deal out of it, the commentary in the video concerned how the 2 idiot drivers were completely incompetent. I know we don't expect much out of our government employees, but dude, those guys have no business operating machinery of that nature.
In College Station I once looked out of a girlfriends apartment to witness a tow truck guy trying to get the job done while at least 12 different people shined laser pointers at him. He was quite flustered. Good times. Not as fun to watch as above though, I do enjoy destruction.
