Vince Vaughn. Went from being the next up and coming star to a sad, overweight alcoholic....who somehow still gets work.

When did Tom Sizemore's crash begin? Was that during the 2000's?

The Olsen reference in particular is a little ghoulish; lots of people only know her because of that phone call.

    Chris Tucker.

Went straight from "Next Big Thing" in the nineties to (apparently voluntarily) disappearing off the face of the earth -- save one Rush Hour sequel. What happened there?

Crash? I don't think anyone fading out count as crash.

When I think of "celebrity crash" I think absurd and dramatic events that totally makes everyone do a double take.

    Like Britney shaving her hair.

Celebrities falling out of favor or simply "retiring" shouldn't really count.

There were two Rush Hour sequels. And I don't think it counts as a crash if it was voluntary.

We call that a "controlled slide".
