Specifics of this case notwithstanding, in these situations it seems like there should be serious criminal consequences to the girls in these cases too. Maybe something like if a sixteen / seventeen year old lies, then also criminally punishable. Again, case specific as there could very well still be rape, but if everything else is consensual...
Gonna have to get the details, but 17 is legal in many countries. Age of consent in Bahamas is 16 I wonder if the girls parents are involved. DD
