Give it where it's due, the dude showed up in the late 4th against the Wizards.

Late in the fourth he took a hard foul, and was shaken up a bit. Afterwards they put a sleeve over it and made his foul shots to give us the lead, and then after that we stopped the Wizards, Brooks hit a 3, and we stopped them again. On the ensuing fast break he was directing the team and got Brooks another open shot, who passed it to Martin, also open for the back to back 3.

All after he got hurt, dude showed some of that stuff, what do we call it? It's what the tinman wanted in the Wizard of Oz....oh yeah Heart.

his knee looked pretty nasty. It looked like his knee ripped open from hitting it on the ground. Im suprised he stayed in the game and played the way he did. I had money on the game so he saved me there!

That three he hit in the corner after AB passed him the ball was so cold blooded. Lets hope this is the start of something beautiful.

Brooks really came through in the 4th, too. If there's one thing that Brooks has that Lowry lacks, it's that cold-bloodedness late in the game.

Not really related, but when Kmart was on the floor grabbing his knee, they had this weird camera angle pointing down BEHIND the backboard pointing to the floor.

My question is, why does FSN even have a camera there? I mean, how often are they going to use that shot?

I think the moment that fired up the team was the technical Rick Adelman got in the 4th but great effort from Martin too.

I agree, people need to show proper respect to Kevin Martin. He sneaks 23 points on teams so efficiently; just the way he picks his moments is stunning. He's the best non-Superstar player in the WORLD!!!

I like Martin way more than I ever liked TMAC now that I've seen what he can do this season. Last season was a big adjustment for him so he really didn't get a chance to shine. But, damn man...his shot is effortless and he makes scoring look so easy. Plus, he can draw the fouls better than almost anyone in the league. I think his defense has gotten a little better as well as we go along here. I've seen him give more effort on the defensive end at least.

I love this guy and what he brings us! I know early on there was some mentions of trading him but I guess all that talk is history now as this guy is awesome now that he has figured out his role on the team and developed chemistry with his teammates.

He is a great complimentary piece; you can count on twenty points and he can explode for thirty or forty at any given time. His defense is not as bad as people make out. He is essentially what we wanted from TMac.
