The man at 7:40 was very touching, you can see how much he appreciated such a selfless act. Good job guys, admirable!
It's interesting, because at first he came off as one of those greedy homeless guys that feels entitled to whatever amount of spare cash/change you have on your person at any given time. When they handed him the card, he proclaimed "I need a dollar...", as if giving him a just a Christmas card would have been an empty, worthless gesture. Of course, when he realizes there's a huge (relative to his situation) amount of cash inside, he starts bawling like a toddler. Just goes to show how many proverbial empty envelopes he must go through on a daily basis.
He was one of the first people we talked to as well. And man, that gave us motivation that will last forever. There is something to be learned when you see all of these reactions.
