It is good but not great. As far as crime dramas go, it's solid, but there isn't anything in it that "wows" you. And plus, it starts slow.. and only starts to get interesting toward the middle/late stages.

if i hear another "inception blew my mind" i'm going to go mad was the concept really that mind blowing? are there really that many people who have never had dreams that felt like days when it was no more than 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 hours in reality? the concept is not mind blowing... people... c'mon
Inception was by far the best movie of 2010. Splice on the other hand had to be the absolutely worst movie of 2010. How this movie even got green lit is beyond me but the film was nothing but hot garbage. With creatures fu**ing humans and vice versa it was total filth and disgusting. I am all for Sci Fi movies like Avatar and such but that movie should have NEVER hit theaters!!
Whaaa? That's the first criticism I've heard about it being childish of all things. I actually liked A-Team. It was a fun action movie. Story doesn't bother me too much for those types of films. The cast I thought was pretty spot on. I liked it a bit better than Expendables, which was good for what it was but didn't quite live up to the hype.
Honestly don't watch the 3D, you'll only be wasting your money. It's a great film on its own merit. IMHO Toy Story is ONE of the greatest series of all time.
So you don't think the story was creative? If not please give an example of a movie that you do think had a creative concept.

Inception is so overrated. I've yet to see 127 hours, Black swan, true grit, the fighter so far it has been a bad year. But I'll name the top movies i liked: no particular order, book of eli shutter island ^in any other year these movies would not make my top. social network was another crap overrated movie.

Inception was seriously overrated, I thought it was ok the first time, but after I watched it again I realized it was a cheap copout ending with a resounding lame theme throughout the entire movie. Book of Eli was good, Shutter Island was a bit predictable but I still liked it. Of the movies I've seen this year those 2 are probably my favorites.
1. Social Network 2. Inception 3. The Town 4. The Fighter Haven't seen Black Swan, True Grit, or Kings Speech yet. I would be surprised if Social Network doesn't get the Oscar for best picture. Great acting and script. Best movie I've seen since No Country for Old Men.
