You...think Raymond Felton is better than Derrick Rose. LOLZ

 

I've always thought Felton was a ballhog inefficient scoring PG. Boy, has he improved.

 

or he plays in a faster-paced system that gives more control to a PG. sometimes players need the right system just as much as the right system needs the right players.

 

At this point, yes. If I had to start a franchise, I would take Rose obviously.

But right now, he is the biggest liability defensively.

The only thing he has over Felton is scoring.

 

I agree that he is a defensive liability, but I believe Rose offense> Felton defense. Rose is a great scorer, felton is a good defender. But to each his own, merry christmas.

 

first of all, felton's stats are inflated with d'antoni. derrick rose would still dominate if he had to play with charlotte like felton did.

secondly, rose is a better defender than felton. knicks have one of the worst defenses in the L, and i've never heard anyone say felton is a good defender.

thirdly, rose is the key guy who defend against. felton isn't.

it's not even close. derrick rose is a top 10 player NOW. felton is not.

I live in Chicago and hear about Rose's weakness all the time which is DEFENSE.

He's so fast but every point guard does good against him.

 

Felton was born to play in a fast break system, his stats may be inflated but he can get these type of numbers if you let him run.

He was on Browns leash in Charlotte.

 

i never said he was a good defender. but he's a better defender than felton.

but it's lauighable that you live in chicago and choose felton over rose NOW. straight up laughable.

rose can dominate in any system, under any coach. felton is at best a 3rd option on a great team.

you put rose under larry brown and he'll still get 20+ and 8+. great players get theirs regardless of what system they play under.

you put rose under d'antoni, he might just get 28-30ppg and 10-12apg with the amount of possessions they get.

look at this game. the knicks turn the ball over 21 times and yet they will still get 110+ pts. it's an OFFENSIVE system. any good player will have their stats inflated under this system.

 

He's not a better defender.

Felton is a ball hawk and sticks with his defender.

He was really good defensively with Charlotte last season.

 

Amare is playing some great defense. Never thought I would say that.

 

Felton's passing is so underrated.

he filled up the stat sheet but the 7 turnovers, 25 points on 28 shots, and offensively poor in the 4th today.

then again the bulls have some of the worst offensive role players alongside him besides boozer so i don't blame him for the poor performance when he has o do so much for his team.
