It has nothing to do with the Rockets game action or roster moves. It's in the dish.

We see where this is heading and it's not pretty. I don't hate Steve, I just think he's dumb and prideful. I hope he can get his life back in control while he still can.

wow that was it? All he did was react to a play. I was expecting the finger followed by an altercation.

So basically this is the 2nd season of Eastbound & Down with Steve Francis and half of this thread in the Kenny Powers role?

Patriotic Chinese should be alarmed as **** that their country is currently being carved up by capitalist Chinese rather than proudly proclaiming that China has less of a safety net than America does.

I wish many American posters would quit trying to equate Communism to "mean" and America to "nice dude."

Steve Francis notched a DNP-CD in the most recent game.

Meanwhile, fellow ex-Rocket Mike Harris scored 38 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in a win.

Maybe Steve deserves to be in a Maoist Struggle Session? If Rudy had done that to him maybe he'd have been a better player?

To be fair.. I would think you'd be better off reading a history book than a newspaper to learn about Communist China.

Ok, you can call me inflammatory but not ignorant. China is as communist and freedom abusing as ever. I can go on forever as to how many human rights are currently being abused in China but I'll post just one link referring to my comment about Chinese women being forced by the government to have abortions.

I think America has problems but at least that crap is not happening here. Take your Chinese "improved living standards" and live there if you want but at least here I have the choice to whether I want to birth the children I've fathered with my wife.

I'd rather take the serious warning than pay $2,000. Heck Stern's regime is far worst.

Fact: China has a national VAT. You fail.
Fact: China has universal health care. You fail.
Fact: US heath care, current or planned, is in no way "communist."

    Conclusion: You fail.

I am of Chinese descent and I have lived in that country for 7 years of my life, and other than my parents my entire extended family lives in China. I have dual citizenship and all these things that people are saying about Communist China watching your every move and forcing people to have abortions are a little off base.

As I stated earlier, my entire extended family lives there and in my entire life I haven't heard a single story about a family member or a friend of a family member or even a friend of a friend having been harshly wronged by the government. IMHO the title of a Communist China is ethereal in only name, it isn't the Soviet Union, and when I go home to visit family, I haven't had government officials come in my home and arrest me on suspicion of espionage and nobody has forced anyone I know back in China to do things they didnt want to.

The only thing that the government has done to my family back there is to provide my paternal grandparents and uncle/aunt with new housing because they had to industrialize the poverty stricken area in which they used to live.

So ease up on the evil Chicom Commie talk ok?

Lot of talk but lots of media articles prove otherwise. Just because a few hundred amongst millions of citizens haven't experienced it doesn't mean it's not true.

Chinese people are not evil in and of themselves. The Chinese government in the other hand is corrupt and has committed countless human right violations.

No one here is dehumanizing Chinese citizens and its people, only its government. ON the contrary, we sympathize with them. The facts speak for themselves. Ease up on the "China is doing nothing wrong" talk or we'll have to start looking up facts.

BTW, what have you to say about the article I linked? Would a "good" and "innocent" government send its federal agents to do to a woman what they did to that one? I think not. Deal in facts and not opinions good sir.

Another paid troll by the ChiCom, you people are so easy to spot, why don't you talk to that Chinese couple who lost their unborn child in that article, ask them what they think about your beloved ChiCom!

China has come a long way economically, but as far as faith and spirituality concern, China is still in the stone age, unless the Chicom gives the Chinese people freedom to worship(which it will never happened), China is still a Commie country!

I can guarantee you that human being needs more than a bowl of rice , clothes and a roof over his/her head.

Well I've lived in China for seven years too. And I can tell you the internet is a complete joke due to government control, you can forget about online privacy even for the files within your home computer, the propaganda machine in TV and other media is appalling, cameras are everywhere. . . . Is this Communist? Well, the propaganda is Communist. The rest of it just sucks.

On the other hand, there are lots of nice people here. They just have to put up with a whole lot of BS.

If China was communism, then everyone would make the same amount of money. Clearly, thats not the case. China is very capitalism economically. If you talking about politics, thats another story.

SF3 needs to pick up his games.

Believe it or not I'm not a paid troll, I'm actually a pre-med student at Texas A&M

If you disagree with what I have to say, then I respect that, but I don't see the need for slander. I'm guessing that you're probably old enough to have a mature discussion without having to resort to name-calling.

As for my previous statement, I understand that I may have come off as sounding naive and very pro-Chinese Communist Government, but my main point that I was trying to make (which I know was probably not very clear) is that China is not a backwards country where human rights are abused left and right. Do human rights get abused? Yes they do, but it's not a country where you must watch your every step for fear of the government harming either you or your family.

There are many, MANY things much, MUCH sadder than an idiot pro athlete burning through $80M.
