He isn't some walk on scrub Yoast! The dude was putting 14-7-5 for much of the end of last season. Hooray for my fantasy team! In all seriousness, He will get his shot. He has got to learn the princeton offense, and he has got to get in tune with our defensive reads. Just wait... Terrence will FLY!
I'm really looking forward to seeing how Williams will mesh with the second unit. He could thrive playing with Miller, as Miller's high post game opens up the driving lanes to the basket. With his speed and reported penetrating skills, he could really take advantage. The defensive tandem of Lee and Williams - with Lowry if he returns to the bench - could be something very special.
I could see him getting significant time against Miami. With LeDouche and Wade we need two wing defenders out there at all times. TWill could showcase his skills as a two way player...
All the more reason why this sudden love affair with a guy who has basically done nothing in the league is so silly. But this is what it's come to for the Rockets - rolling the dice on head cases and draft busts in the vain hope that doing so will make them competitive with the big boys in the league.
I couldn't. At least not in the first Miami meeting. There is a lot going in Adelman offense and defensive schemes. He takes a lot to learn. He would have to pretty brilliant to et even half of it down by then. If it happens I would be majorly impressed. On a side note for hillbillies who think we can't compete with the big boys, watch us give give Miami a tough fight. I would be surprised if it doesn't go down to wire. And if that happens watch out Rockets we will on the way up.
Because Budinger will get traded and the coach is like "showing him off" to actually get a trade offer.
If he doesn't play against washington he will be in for a long season, he'll have had full practises where he will be able to showcase his skills. If he wants to play, he needs to utterly outplay chase in those practises.
sadly I think the Coach like Budinger. He's given him >10 games to prove him right. I have a felling Adelman told Morey that Budinger would be ok backing up Battier full time and now he's trying to justify the move before Morey trades his teachers pet.
He is undeniably talented. EXTREMELY talented. To not get excited about that, makes me question your fanhood...
I see TW getting some clock after the holidays when he'll be able to get some descent practices under his belt.
You can add yourself to the mix DD. You put Bud on a pedestal and he's already topped out. I bet t-will takes his spot real soon.
I doubt Bud has topped out, but he is a system guy...... If TWill can take his spot, he has earned it, fine by me. DD
Terrence just has to out perform Chase or Battier(hopefully Battier) in practice, and he'll gradually get playing time. But with that said, I think we can get away with playing him right now. He's a good read and react player, and defensively he has great lateral quickness that allows him to make up ground on any missed defensive rotation. In other words .... RELEASE T-WILL!!!!!!
yes it is....and if I had my regular computer with the Photoshop, I would be able to make this one even better
