Do you enjoy that? It seems to me like it's taking part of the emotion out of the game. I don't know. I miss 90s basketball with physical teams and hard fouls. Should I ever take David Stern's job, beware. I'm bringing back the hand check. If it was good enough for the greatest player to ever play this game, it's good enough for these guys too.

I think thread title should be more "Welcome to Communist Russia" than "Nazi Germany" but whatever floats your boat. I think Stern is scared of another Kermit Washington moment, no-one wants that kind of thing to happen again, but i think he has gone over the top with how strict the laws are now. There used to be a good banter between the officials and players, now if you look at them the wrong way..... tec.

Thank you, man. I grew up on 90's bball, hand checks and all. The game has become so pussified now. I remember when a good hard foul was pushing a player down in mid air, now its a tech 2.
