According to the first line of this article, Miami has 2 LeBron James', so I'm gonna have to disagree with The Worm.

In a 3-on-3 game, Miami would win because they wouldn't even have to guard Rodman. The guy had 0 offense.

I'd take '94-'95 Hakeem, Clyde, and Otis.

That's actually not true. Miami has the best defense in the league and aside from the first few weeks, Bosh has been a big part of that.

At any rate, Bosh's defense is a lot better than Rodman's offense ever was. And in a shorthanded game, you can't hide players as easily. Jordan would basically be doubled full time and Pippen is an easy one-on-one cover for LBJ.

Pippen really wasn't that great of an offensive player. He's probably the best wing defender ever and would give whomever he was guarding fits, but all three of those guys could guard him.

hypothetically, it would be interesting to see what rule set they would use. current nba rules or late 90s rules?

Maybe, but Rodman would still have to guard him. Bosh wouldn't even have to be within five feet of Rodman.

Without my nostalgia glasses on, I know that Lebron, Wade and Bosh at the end of this season could beat the Big 3 of the bulls.

You never could double off of Rodman because if you did then you let him loose on the offensive boards. It was hard enough for a dedicated defender to keep him from rebounding but if you use his man to double then Rodman gets most every missed shot.

Jordan alone could probably get the best of Dwyane and LeBron when they guard him. Even a worn-out jumpshot-relegated Kobe can school LeBron and Wade.

Now considering both big threes are in their respective primes, I think Jordan's Bulls would win out.

LOL. When I read the thread title, I'm thinking "Bulls big 3? Derrick Rose, Carlos Boozer and ??"
