Pretty cool looking app. Although, it would be great if they could clean up the translations. It doesn't seem to translate nicely from other youtuber's reviews. <object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/h2OfQdYrHRs?fs=1&hl=en_US&hd=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/h2OfQdYrHRs?fs=1&hl=en_US&hd=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object> <object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/zEBBwcjrcqk?fs=1&hl=en_US&hd=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/zEBBwcjrcqk?fs=1&hl=en_US&hd=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object> Looks like it doesn't work too well, it'll give you the gist of the translation. Would be cool if they could fix it up. Their promo video made it seem a lot better lol.
Doesn't work as well now but I'm sure that can get better. It's cool to know that something like this is even possible.
although to a non-technical person this may seem like wizardry, implementing this wouldn't really be that difficult if you based it on an online translator. all the app is doing is using optical character recognition to input the data and then feed it to a server to translate and then displays it back after doing some trigonometry to get the output to line up in the same way as it was inputted. with all that being said, the idea is freaking amazing.
