Was just thinking about this one, and especially in the preseason, it can be Francis, Yao Ming, or Eddie Griffin. That's in order of most likely, but it's not hard to imagine Griffin blocking 10 in a meaningless preseason game. Yao can get points, rebounds and blocks or assists (if he runs the offense from the high post).

Francis is close to a triple double in half of the games he plays. He might not be the first one, but he will be the one with the most triple doubles on our team.

Ming can be a close second. He can do it via points, rebounds, and blocks or assists.

francis almost gets 4 a week so if i were to bet it'd be on steve. ming has a chance to get one as well but 10 blocks is tough and so are the assists for big men.

There's about a 99.8% chance that it HAS to be Francis.

I don't think Yao's going to be getting 10 blocks anytime soon. Eddie, either.

Steve, definately. I don't see EG getting more than one this year. I also don't expect Yao to get one with assists, but for sure with blocks.

I really don't see anyone contending with Franchise in this category (for this season anyway). Triple doubles didn't come along all that often even for Dream, let alone Yao in his first season.

I don't think even the new offense will give EG, KT, or MoT many opportunities to rack up 10 assists in a given night. And as posted, getting 10 blocks is pretty rare.

Having said that, I expect that Franchise's triples will decline this year. Hopefully, his assists will go up with all the new threats this team should have, and with the motion offense. But there's no reason for him to be pulling down 7-8 rebounds a game anymore with the Rox' deep rotation of big men, barring injuries. He needs to be out leading the break anyway.

I think it's pretty obvious that Francis will be the first and the one with the most. But my point is, we can expect contribution in assists from Ming and Nachbar, blocks from Ming and Griffin, rebounds from KT, Griffin and Ming.

having all those different skill sets in different positions is GREAT for the motion offense.

    My money's on Francis.

Actually, I wouldn't bet against Francis at all this year.

I really get the feeling that we're going to see a true superstar blossom this season, Francis is going to be a monster.

Kelvin Cato, 10 fumbled passes, 10 mins playing time behind Ming and 10 dunk attempts. =)

    NO ONE WILL THIS SEASON.

Francis is the most likely, but with the changes to the team, he will not (AND SHOULD NOT) be in there getting rebounds.
