New Church Building

Me and my w**** are planning on going this sunday. We heard good things and being Catholic, we just wanted a break from the norm and was recommended to Ecclesia.

I'd have to say this is one of the strangest threads I've ever read.

Organized religion is not really my bag but I respect people having that type of faith and using its power for the right reason.

Good on these people. Sounds like they are doing things right.

Thanks for recommending Ecclesia to me about 3 years ago MadMax. After years of having church shoved down my throat, Assemblies of God style, as a child, I was disillusioned with religion. Ecclesia changed all of that.

I like the Denzel impression guy, but his sketch last week was brutal.

 

Do you guys sing Sufjan Steven cover songs at your church to keep up with the hip youth? If so, I might attend even though I'm not Christian. But I'll sit in the back and pretend not to enjoy the show and look bored.

 

I've been there a couple times, no Sufjan... but a more indie sounding band anyway.


I heard one time somebody was smoking mar1juana outside of that Church though.
