Brady. Best team in the league and he has thrown 29 touchdowns and 4 interceptions all year.

    1. Brady
    2. Vick

That's it, there really haven't been any other stand out players.

Manning will continue to have his jock sucked and rubbed by the media. Wouldn't surprise me if he came in second really.

I respect him, he is a great quarterback but do I think some of that praise is overblown sometimes, sure. Brady has been the best quarterback and player this year and a deserving MVP candidate. I don't think Manning belongs in that discussion, sorry if that offends you. I'd also say Brady is the best quarterback of our generation but gets constantly overlooked because people are too busy slobbing Manning's knob.

The Patriots have never had a losing season with Brady at quarterback, have won 3 Super Bowl titles, consistently does this with undrafted, aging and other team's scraps while Manning has or has had James, Harrison, Wayne, Clark, and other highly touted offensive weapons and the list goes on. I won't debate that he is a great quarterback, because he is, but he is over-hyped much like but not to the extent of Brett Favre.

Brady's body of work has been impressive this year, with no Moss... as much as I hate him and hope he takes a long walk off a short pier... he's probably going to earn MVP status.

The award is not given to "the best of our generation", it's given to the best of the season. Please respect Brady and Vick.

Foster should be in the names mentioned. Although with last night's effort, he won't be. :(

I never understood how anyone could argue that Manning is better than Brady. I think Manning is an all time great but he gets over hyped by the media at times. Manning has played poorly in a lot of big games.

I agree with you on Manning do get over hype at times and played poorly in some big games but its not his fault when the media want to be on his jock strap and every player has bad during games.

Anyone that thinks Manning is better than Brady must be playing fantasy football because they must have not watched any of his playoff games. Manning has had more stinkers in the playoffs than good games.

Brady on the other hand is only behind Montana in terms of clutchness.

Nah. MVP. Look at the Steelers last year without Polomalu. He was big with Ben out. They won with no QB basically.
