I do feel a bit bad after seeing him on the bench tonight. He seemed down, but without sulking, and he still high-fived his teammates and gave a very warm, friendly hug to PatPat toward the end of the game. Trading someone who isn't hated by the entire city is a bummer but, as they say, it's part of the business.
Yes, but assuming that Taylor would have been waived otherwise to make room for Williams, you should look at it as Les getting PAID to waive Taylor, since he will save more in luxury tax and salary than he is paying in cash to Sacramento.
