This guy is a bum. He's been demoted to the D league for being a trouble maker in New Jersey, and the guy has a PER of 7

    Yeah, BAD deal Morey, sorry

I think this is possibe - Williams has that high of an upside if he can keep his head... Nice low cost-high potential reward trade

he was crazy before he was traded to Kings from Pacers. Adelman changed him a lot

Is he a stretch for a first round pick? I hate giving up first round picks... why was he barely getting minutes on a bad Nets team. I thought he had potential coming from the draft...but that's potential. Normally, Morey has done some high way robbery...but he's not perfect...

Finally a player who can be somewhat like Von! (not as good of a shooter though)

Comparison: JR Rider and Corey Maggette.

    This is flattering, how?

I really like this guy as a player. I remember watching him play in October when Houston played new jersey in china and thinking man who is this guy...he was very athletic.he ended up with 20 PTs or so on not so great shooting, but he was real aggressive and all around tough.

Why did Avery send Williams to the d-league? What could have been so bad?

The best part about this deal is that we didn't get Sasha.

Exactly, that's why one should be hesitant in going after him.

He was persistently tardy for practice/games.

He was young and immature to start the season. If he gets his head on straight, this is exactly the type of player that thrives in Rick Adelman's offense. Plus he's about as versatile as they come and can play any of the 1-3 positions

Pitino is a no nonsense coach...no issue in 4 years....so I think him and Avery had the beef. He got a load of time with Frank and Vandeweghe.
