We all know that the Clippers are an atrocious team that are currently on a youth movement--I know, I've seen every game. The LAC will probably try to unload veteran contracts soon. Baron Davis is untradeable; so that means that the Clippers will probably seek to trade Chris Kaman soon. Plus with DeAndre Jordan’s improved play and pending 2011 free agency, the Clippers are not likely going to retain Chris Kaman. The Rockets have tons of assets that will appeal to the Clippers...

    1. Expiring contracts--Jared Jefferies
    2. Young cheap players--Patrick Patterson or Jordan Hill
    3. The rights to swap 2nd round picks with the Clippers in this 2011 draft
    4. And a $6 million trade exception that can absorb the contracts of either Randy Foye or Ryan Gomes that could be included in a potential Chris Kaman trade...

Do you guys think the Rockets should look into Chris Kaman once he returns from his ankle injury?

    NO THANKS!

The rockets are about to start rebuilding themselves(either this year or next) there's no reason to trade for a guy like Kaman. Instead they should start to look to unload Kevin Martin and Luis Scola with both of they're value being extremely high right now.

I would take Kaman if he made like 5 million a year. With his current contract, no way. Maybe in the last year of his contract if no other opportunities arise.

The only issue with that is we don't have Lebron James to offer them.

Kaman is has been an average to below average player for his career, and has been injured and playing like crap this season. The team doesn't need him.

Kaman isn't terrible, just terribly overpaid. His injuries just make things worse.

Kaman is extremely underated on this board. He just made the all star team and averaged around 19 and 10 last season. If we can end up putting this guy on a deal that is worth the games he might miss due to injury itd definitely be worth it. This guy can protect the rim and score, id be all for it. If you wanted dampier(i didnt) then you should love this guy. Honestly a good player, let him yao and miller share the big spots... just an idea

    Is Bogut available?

Excellent defender, good passer and rebounder, can post up, has an ok jump shot.

Way better option than Kaman, but I suppose that's wishful thinking.
