I heard this on the radio this past week and it was kinda amusing: In a 100 yard dash between NFL head coaches, who would win and who would come in last place?

    My top three would be:
    1. Herm Edwards - Jets(old DBs are hard to go against)
    2. Tony Dungy - Colts(see above)
    3. John Gruden - Bucs(seems like he would just cheat to win)

    My last three would be:
    30. Dave Campo - Cowboys(legs are pretty short)
    31. Schottenheimer - Chargers(CPR anyone after running 100 yards?)
    32. Andy Reid - Eagles(are ya kiddin' me?)

You missed an obvious last place choice ESource,

Dan Reeves with his heart condition.

I think Jim Haslett would be in the top 3 or 4 as well.

Could it be that we now have a coach's event for Pro Bowl week?

Jeff Fisher should be in the top three...he was a defensive back on the Bears in the mid-80's..not necessarily a speedy one, but I imagine he is faster than Gruden. I would think that the weird grimacing he does cuts down on Gruden's aerodynamics. Fisher, on the other hand, still has a nice little mullet to give him the extra flow.

In a sort-of related thought, I would like to see how fast Mike Martz, Brian Billick and Steve Spurrier run with a pack of pitbulls dosed with angel dust chasing after them.

    :D

Damn! You're right. I totally forgot about Reeves. Good catch; he's definitely in my last three BUT I still think he could beat Reid...:)

Yeah, I would pay to watch that. Heck the NFL might have a pay-per-view event under their noses.

Holgren should be ded last. Sorry but last time I checked Walruses dont run. . . . .

From what I've heard, Dom Capers runs several miles a day. I'm not saying that he's fast but he's in pretty good shape
