Chase had a good night tonight. Maybe it took a rock bottom performance to finally shake him out of the slump? Hopefully in more games we'll be able to see.
No... I'm pretty sure it's just Chase. On that note. It's pretty sad when one of Chase's strengths turns into his weaknesses. I used to praise him for being so consistent and reliable. He's still consistent-- consistently bad.
I don't know what Ish did to get benched. I thought he was doing great, for a rookie PG. Bud looked like he had a pulse tonight, at least on the offensive end. We need him to get his mojo back in the worst way. I wonder if his ankle is still weak. He should've dunked that missed layup, and on D he's got about as much lateral quickness as Two Sandwiches Hamilton.
But he got lit up in the end like a Christmas tree by some Williams guy who was playing chase like he was Jordan.

^ i like JT and all but in that last video, did you notice the time and the score? Do you really think with a lead that big, the defenders are going to go up for a block and possibly commit a foul? I know JT has the ability to attack above the rim but that isnt the video to prove a strong point.
Wasn't the point to prove that JT has crazy athleticism and jumping ability? I could have posted a video of him in a dunk contest to prove my point.
Yeah, but this is concerning. He couldn't even guard garbage time players. How do you think he will fare when he plays defense when the game is still close? Chase got raped by some a garbage player on the Cavs. The Cavs starting line-up is considered garbage, and he is below them... He still schooled Chase...
Yeah who cares? The team won ! We get schooled on matchups everywhere, our PGs get killed almost every game by the other team's PGs.... As long as we win though, who cares? DD
I'm glad we won,but we aren't likely to go far unless our weaknesses are addressed. We aren't going to play Cleveland all year long.
Pretty much agree, although I doubt there's a market for any of them. Wafer's better than all of them. It's unfortunate that we missed out on Dampier b/c Morey thought his ho-hum draft choice JT was worth something. I wonder how many other deals have fallen apart due to similar thinking.
