Two people voted for Notre Dame in the Harris Poll, which is a part of the BCS formula: Don Criqui and Allen Pinkett. Criqui ranked Notre Dame #16 while Pinkett ranked the Fighting Irish #25. Their jobs? Radio play-by-play and color commentator for Notre Dame Football. http://www.harrisinteractive.com/vault/HICFP_Individual_Rankings_Dec_5_2010.pdf
The Harris Poll is a huge joke and everyone knows it. There is no way even half the voters keep up with college football. I was listening to the Tim Brando Show yesterday and one caller actually called in and said that he felt like there was an anti-Notre Dame bias in the media. That's the first time I have ever heard anyone try to argue that there's an anti-Notre Dame bias. I've always felt like it was the other way around. Notre Dame gets too much credit. Brando said that he didn't think there necessarily was an anti-Notre Dame bias, but if there was, they brought it upon themselves.
im tellin u....read "Death to the BCS"....u will love it (and itll piss u off when u see where all this money is goin)
I'm sure I already know most of what is in it. playoffpac.com does a brilliant job of exposing BCS bullsh**.
Where can I read? I'll read anything that is against the BCS layout! When it comes down to it, fans have a say. If everybody would just stop attending games, maybe that would get the attention of the schools but good luck with that ever happening.
It's a book written by Dan Wetzel, Josh Peter and Jeff Passan. You can buy it on Amazon for 14 bucks (http://www.amazon.com/Death-BCS-Def...=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1291759362&sr=8-1) or see if they have it at your local library

I'm embarrassed to admit that I watched just about every second of those three bowl games yesterday. They were all pitiful. Will that stop me from watching just about every second of every other bowl game? No.
St. Petersburg bowl tonight Beef 'O' Brady's St. Petersburg Bowl Southern Mississippi vs. Louisville St. Petersburg, Fla. Tropicana Field Dec. 21 8 p.m. ESPN Louisville-Southern Miss "near brawl" at St. Pete Bowl event when a Louisville player tells Southern Miss player they "can't dance" and about being in C-USA
Anyone have a good website for bowl game previews, preferably with a gamblers oriented slant? Wanna bet on today's game for example, I'm feeling LOU's defense, but could use some reassurance.
Will be watching for Southern Miss' WR DeAndre Brown. At 6-6 239lb., the kid was a five-star recruit and a beast freshman year before his injury. Hoping we can draft him in the later rounds.
