I consider Joy Division from the 80's. They are the greatest ever. Better than The Beatles and Elvis. Thus 80's= greatest ever.

Made in 1980, to me an originating influential standard that kickstarted eighties video culture, BEFORE it actually became known as "the 80's". All the familiar elements like the New Romantic styles, the off-fluorescent colors, random special effects, artful imagery, synthesized sounds. And not a bad song either.
