I think they are getting at the fact that it would have been better if he ended that thought a sentence earlier. He was doing great, but the "continue my greatness" seems to statement kinda took away from the sincerity of what he was saying before.
LeBron is obviously a well-intentioned guy who has had a lot of media training but doesn't say things as well as he probably could because he isn't that intelligent/eloquent. And that's ok, he's not a senator, he's a basketball player. He's not the devil.
