    its not really spoelstras fault, the last few years the offense could work well but only with 1 alpha, its just that lebron and wade CANNOT play together.

    a faster pace would help this offense and that's on spo to tell them to run & gun not wade and lebon.

    Also I have yet to see them run a wade lebron pick n roll.. his offense is too simple for a team like this.

    An article a while ago on espn discussed their pace and i totally agree they should run more but its the coach can tell them run run run but the onus is on the players to actually run and Lebron and Wade are not big fans of that as they are so use to being unstoppable in isolation situations.
