    I like this better...

If Foster/Ward run for more than 130 yards...good chance we win.

Eagles are 1 and 3 when giving up 130yards a game on the ground.

Yeah, that is because normally it is hard to run against them. Hopefully a short week make it easier though.

How are the eagles 3rd in run d? Their lb corps isn't anything special with bradley still rusty. Do trent cole and parker just keep rb's out of the 2nd level?

Bradley isn't really rusty. The linebackers aren't top tier but they usually do an excellent job of covering their assigned gaps. You saw the Bears expose what happens when they do not. Trent Cole is probably the most underrated defensive lineman in the game today. He has energy all game long and is a great at keeping the run contained as well as pass rushing.

Also, Vick admitted on radio that they did not game plan for the Bears playing their safeties so deep and it showed as he was constantly looking for the deep ball through the first 3 quarters. If the Texans play their safeties like this, I'd expect Celek to be a key factor in the game.

This game is going to go like every other big game in the Kubiak era. The Eagles will jump out to a fast start because our offense will sputter at the beginning, we will climb our way back into the game in the second half, and then Kubiak will crap the bed by calling something completely moronic, someone will have a crippling turnover as we are marching down the field, and yet another game we could have won will slip out of our fingers.

Why do I feel like I just described the last 5 years of my life?? Oh right....it's because I just did.

KyleKennedy610‎: Congratulations to @GloverQuin being named AFC Defensive Player of the Week. Should've broke his hand weeks ago. LOL

Vick needs to average 212 yards passing per game over the rest of the season to reach his first 3,000 yard season. Pretty good considering he missed a month. Hopefully the Texans defense will be gracious to the cause. ;)

Anthony Hill was activated from the PUP list.

This is great news. Now, when OD is healthy, we can run our special 5 TE formation and the opponent won't know what hit them!

Seriously though, I can't believe we have 5 TE's on the 53 man roster. lol.

I'm sorry to say, but the Texans will get blown out by the Eagles. Vick will have a field day with the Texans' defense.

    ........
    .....
    ..

Make that a career day.

The pessimist in me is hoping the Texans don't get blown out on National TV the next two weeks. This might get them removed from the prime time rotation for at least one year. On the contrary, if we go on a Cardinals/Chargers type run to finish off the season at 10-6 with impressive prime time wins against the Eagles and Ravens (birds of a feather?!?) we might get a SNF game next year to go along with a MNF game.

Gotta believe.... Cover 2 or Cover 3 to help with Jackson and Maclin. Have Cushing and Pollard track Vick and Celek (to mix it up), and then get some pressure in the face of Vick and we might have a chance.

Would love to control the clock and keep the Eagles offense on the sideline, but I'm not sure the Eagles defense doesn't scare me more....
