too much hype in the game today. You just showed me a play of a NBA player scoring 2 points.

I thought Rudy Gay's GAME WINNING jumper over LB(the b****)J was better.

I don't know man. Rose made Tyreke literally fall from that crossover. That's pretty special.

Anyone can jack up miracle shots but can you make your defender do the twist and shout?

Rose was going to his right at a high speed, so Tyreke had full momentum going the same way to defend him, so when you have full momentum going one way it's hard to react, stop, and reverse your direction to a guy who suddenly shifts his momentum the other way. I'd call it more smart then special as that crossover was a basic switch to his other hand, then again with Rose's speed it's pretty effective.

Which is what makes this crossover so special, at full speed Rose's change of direction was ridiculous!

that speed, we need a lotto point guard.

Kyrie Irving is sensational: less athletic, better shooter, better passer than Rose

I'm more impressed at how he left Dalembert glued to the floor.

That woman looked smitten by Ashton Kutcher.

    And James Johnson's celebration didn't look PG-13

This is the type of player who lives on athleticism.

Couple of ankle and knee surgeries, D-Rose won't be a really good player in the NBA.

    :(

he's young, he should use it. he can develop other skills in the next 3-4 years. you can see his 3pt shot is slowly getting better. he'll be an all-pro for the next decade.

I would've just kept going to my left if I were Tyreke. Act like I meant to go to my left the whole time, with or without Rose.

Rose is developing into (and maybe is right now) an elite closer. He was awesome leading the Bulls back from the dead against the Suns and Kings. The basket above was during an 11-0 run that decided the game. The difference this year for the Bulls is Rose's teammates are stepping up more when the games are on the line.
