Arian Foster in Top 10 of Pro Bowl voting overall! Anybody surprised by this?

People that vote for that crap also play fantasy football. So its no surprise.

 

Not surprised at all. It would a dishonor to the league if the guy leading the NFL in rushing yards and TD's wasn't in the Pro-Bowl.

Now having said that, no one really gives 2 cents about the probowl, including the players. The only thing they probably enjoy is getting to go to Hawaii probably on the NFL's dime. Other than that the Pro Bowl is a joke and has been for so many years.

 

I think we have a shot at 5 problowlers this yr. Foster, Dre, Vonta, Mario, and maybe Schaub if 2 qb's say they dont want to play.

 

Mario really shouldn't be, but he will probably make it.

Winston (Top 5 RT in the NFL, made SI half-season all-pro team)
Myers (Sucked in the past, but dude has been kicking ass this year. also made the SI half-season all-pro team)

 

Winston will not make it. Not even close. He's not had an awful year, but he hasn't had a good one. Too many games where he had multiple penalties and gave up more than 1 sack.

 

Mario is at 8.5 sacks. I think you have to put him on there because he will end up with atleast 12. I agree with you that atleast one Texans O-Lineman should go to the probowl with the season that Foster is having. If the Cowgirls had a rb that was having that type of season their entire offensive line would make it.

 

He is .5 sack behind Jason Babin for the AFC lead in sacks among all DEs. He will surely make it.
