My youngest cat, always stares at my ceiling fan light and meows. He's the only one of the 3 though.

Am I off my rocker? Someone once told me that cats can see and sense things that humans can't. I would think my older cats would notice though.

no... i do think cats & dogs can sense things that humans can't.

but your cat is probably just mesmorized by the fan or the light or the chains hanging off of the fan...

Cat's and Dogs, in fact all animals percieve the world differently. They have different ranges for audible frequencies, and different visual ranges for light. Additionally, taste buds, smell receptors, and all other sorts of ways of sensing the world are different for different animals.

At the same time, your cat probably doesn't see spirits and just likes the fan.

some animals are more sensitive to EMR, which many "experts" associate with spirits

I never believed in them myself, until I was sleeping in my Grandparents house, where my Grandpa died
no one had ever told me that he died in the house, no one had ever told me it was haunted... I was kinda little to hear stories like that

but then I heard someone FALL down the stairs... like... there are sounds you can mistake for something else but...
    there was no one there

That house rather large and taken care of by my Aunt and Uncle, and everyone who is a friend of the family is welcome anytime

but if you abuse the house/family... it doesn't take long before something usually REALLY freaky happens to them...

Scientists are inserting the talking gene into mice. We'll see what happens next. When they start talking we may have a better understanding :)

When I was a baby I would lay under the fan and just stare for hours.. Am I RE-TARD-ED or can I see spirits? (I am pretty sure it is the first one) :D

Come on, folks. I think this cat just wants you to turn the light off, or maybe adjust the fan speed! ;)

Ooh. Can you get more specific? I love ghost stories, but only in the daytime.
