Does anyone else miss AB, yet?? I for one hopes he returns so we can at least have an offensive boost

Neither Yao or Brooks is going to turn the ship around. Please do not pretend that we did not see how it worked.
It comes to this point that a dramatic change is needed. Whether the coach has done a good job is kind of not important now. Trade for an superstar, or fire the coach. It seems that the owner is in procrastination mood.

A few glimmers of hope, a spark or two of competitive spirit. All in all it was one of the "better" losses. I don't see this team winning too many games though. Adelman's substitutions still mystify me. I thought this team really had enough talent, but every team they play seems to have much better players. Even with Yao and Brooks back, I don't know, it is like they have forgotten how to play the game; many, many "fundamental" mistakes, like basketball 101. For more reasons than anyone can fully explain, they are just not very good.

I wish Martin would just shoot the ball instead of always pump faking or going for the flop/foul.

If Scola was on the 4th quarter, the team would lost 130-120

This game was good in my opinion at least we showed glimpses of hope our three ball wasn't going down thAts the only disappointing part of tonight IMO. defense was ok not terrible compared to other nights.

I sad that we need to get Brooks injure to realize he was our best player. All the Lowry should start talk. Is clear Aaron is the most game changer player we have.

Well Ish has play good but to much love for Lowry from the coach.

Last year was a fluke.....or we simple just sucked since we lost Ariza/Landry.

We all got duped into thinking this would be a good roster....sad thing is, everybody saw how our roster sucked, except for Rocket Fans.

What was up w/ switching Brad Miller and Jordan Hill onto Nash?

Thats a recipe for disaster

seriously. if these losses have showed us anything, it's that brooks is not the only problem. anyone pinning this on brooks alone is just flat out ignorant.

Adelman has a man crush on Battier!!!!

After the game Adelman will come to Battier's house and say

"It's okay son, I will keep trusting you always in games. Now here give me a hug and cheer up. No matter how good Courtney Lee and Budinger is, you will always still be my man at the 3."

AB only solves the ability to have a scorer in the 4th, it does nothing to make our defense better. We are still allowing teams to score 100+ a game.....

This team needs way more help than AB, saying he is a best player isn't say much considering our next best player is Scola, who can't play in the 4th quarter......who also BTW can't play defense.

Some teams you have to be able to outscore, Phoenix is one of them, stick to Nash, don't double him and stay on the 3pt line.

We had so many mismatches out there trying to cover their 3pt shooters....it was sad.

We have got to start hitting our 3s.

lottery is not solution with RA who would turn the player into a no-defense player.

the defensive lapses fall on everyone, not just brooks or scola. the lack of rotations and losing their man is inexcusable. It's like they don't even make an effort and nobody gets on anyone for not keeping track of their man.

So, I was thinking: why have Scola to pair with Yao? Both players are back-to-the-basket low-post players who would eventually clog the paint for each other. This would be especially true when Scola has the ball. Yao Ming at the mid to high-post?

I think there is more to accoplish with a polar frontcourt: think of a low-post/high-post frontcourt tandem like Gasol/Bynum, Garnett/Perkins, Duncan/Scrub. The Pistons also had this sort of inside outside frontcourt with Sheed and Wallace, Magic with Howard/Lewis and even the Rockets of lore had Hakeem/Horry at times. In fact, the Rockets started going south with Barkely...hmmmm...

Well, I didn't watch the game but go Rockets.

Lee played great tonight..should give him more minutes..and martin actually hits some buckets to keep us alive at 4th..

btw, i hate to see Lowry at the end of 4th..Ish makes the team more frequent and smooth by his quickness and penetration..

we definitely need AB back to score..(i am not saying ab to be starters..ab should be an ideal player to be 6th like ginobili..he can set the tempo fast with Lee and bud and hill..!)

And STOP SWITHCING and fight for the screen!!
